| The staff of the MCI R&D department in Tinglev is a diverse group of dedicated engineers. The different technical background of our team members is an important catalyst for the creative processes and results in that kind of synergy, which makes 2+2=5! In an open dialogue atmosphere, where the competences and talents of each individuals are valued and challenged, creative ideas are flying low and fast (watch out when entering the office!!) The projects are typically handled by groups of 2-3 engineers working together. Most of the projects are evolving around ISO containers and container related issues. Setting up the project teams, it is endeavoured to take the engineers' individual talents and interests into consideration. The net result is a win-win situation. Every engineer gets the chance to use and develop their individual skills - while getting fast and constructive feedback from his colleagues – and the outcome of the project improves greatly.
