| Our experience shows that the suitability of an applicant cannot be evaluated solely on the basis of examination grades and a written application. The personal impression of the individual behind the papers is essential in order to make an adequate assessment.
All candidates will receive a confirmation within 48 hours. Eligible candidates can expect to be invited to a personal interview in the Human Resources Department.
First Interview The first interview serves the purpose of giving the candidate an impression of MCI as a company as well as giving us an impression of the applicant as a person. Only to a limited extent the conversation does touch upon the position and the professional skills of the applicant.
The interview includes a logical assignment and a personality analysis with subsequent feed-back. The results from the logical assignment and the personal profile analysis are registered and kept in the Human Resources Department according to existing legislation regarding personal data. Access to the information is limited to the Human Resources Department. After the first interview the suitability is evaluated and weighed against the available position.
| The best qualified candidates are selected on the basis of the impressions and information, we have received through the personal interview. In light of this all applicants receive an answer within 14 days, either in form of an invitation to a second interview or a rejection. Second and Third Interview The second interview serves the purpose of independently confirming the impression from the first interview. Apart from that the interviewer covers details about the applicant’s background, education and expectations towards the future. This interview includes a second logical as-signment. After the second interview, we evaluate the suitability of the applicant again. The result is given to the applicant within 14 days, once again either in form of an invitation to a third interview or a rejection.
It is very likely that the second or third interview will be combined with an additional interview with the head of the department in which employment is considered.
